Public companies in ERCOT: what their filings say

86 sourced statements from 22 companies · Checked October 18, 2026

Developers deal with these companies as counterparties, competitors for points of interconnection, buyers of projects, and suppliers. Their 10-Ks, 8-K earnings exhibits, and investor releases state things no trade article does: fleet MW by segment, Texas projects under construction, large-load request totals, queue counts, capital plans, and the tariff and credit-deadline language in the risk factors. This page quotes those documents and links each one.

What this page is not. It carries no share prices, ratings, targets, or opinions on any company, and names none as better than another; it is not investment advice and is not a complete list. Each statement is as of the date the document gives, and filings are superseded quarterly. Entries marked MISO or SPP are Texas utilities outside ERCOT, kept because developers in those parts of the state deal with them. Where a figure is company-wide rather than Texas-specific, the statement says so.

How this page was made

Each statement is one claim tied to one document on sec.gov or a company's own investor site, with the document's words quoted beneath it. A second, independent pass loaded every linked document and kept only the statements it supports; statements it could not reach or confirm were dropped. Long filings were read in part (the business section, the earnings exhibits and the investor decks), so property tables and management's discussion are under-represented; the EDGAR link on each company leads to the full filing. Nothing here is investment, legal, or tax advice. Found an error? Say so.
